While preparing for our Typhoon Tino relief efforts in Cebu, our team in Bicol is also getting ready to reach Lagonoy, Camarines Sur, where Typhoon Uwan left many families in need.
These are some of the homes of the affected families. Many lost almost everything, yet in the middle of loss, hope can still rise.
